Doug V came out to do a free estimate. windows and insulation(walls, attic, and rim joists). We discussed in detail the scope of work, documented everything(these are two items of the job sales and contractors do not really want to do or enjoy doing, however, it is an important part of the job-- keeps both parties accountable ). Doug did not bat an eye at this and wrote the contract up in detail. While the work was in motion I dropped in to see how things were going. I had a couple of questions about the process and they were answered. After the windows and insulation were completely finished I did a walk around. I found a couple of areas that I thought needed attention, and Doug and his team fixed those minor issues no questions asked. He also said if you notice anything else and have questions, please call. At that time all was good he sent me the bill and I paid it. My mindset has always been, if I pay the bill I am happy with the service. Now we fast forward a few years and I have an issue with a window and call them up and explain the situation. long story short they found my years old invoice and fixed the problem with the faulty window(came out measured, took pictures and made notes and responded to my emails). Doug knows I am pretty anal and like to ensure everything adotted and T are crossed and he is totally good with that, where some other contractors would make excuses, debate the issue, etc. So, yes I would rehire and also recommend this company. My suggestion to other customers is to do your homework. Doug and his team will not let you down.

Verwys has done new slider door and aluminum wrap work and all the work/results have been excellent. I would recommend them. The also repaired attic insulation work done by a previous company.

Great work at a reasonable rate.

Prompt, professional, showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned up when they were done, explained what they were going to do, answered all our questions.

The start date was delayed, however the weather played a major factor in that. That being said, the crew was very good, worked very hard and had the job done the same day as promised. The only reason I rated a 3.5 on the overall value was the cost of the project vs monthly savings isn't there (yet) as I still need to address the window drafts and will most likely address that this summer and hire them to do that project. Overall, I am very happy with their work and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Took longer to start project than expected. Crew worked hard to complete the project. Cleaned up job site great. Satisfied with work done

Took longer than expect to get the project started with delayed responses but once they came to do the job things went smoothly. Got expected results and staff/clean-up was great!

Management is a bit fflaky, but work crew was great. They cleaned up well, and were efficient.

They worked efficiently, quietly, quickly and cleaned up work areas well

Prompt professional efficient

Everything was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Every individual associated with Ver Wys Home Improvement LLC was pleasant and professional. I dealt with the owners and employees as well as sub-contractors. They were all knowledgeable and friendly. By far they are the best company I've ever dealt with when it comes to home improvement.

These guys were great. They knew what they were doing, and even told me what kinds of problems I MIGHT have after they were done, and what they would do to fix them. A+, good work!

The men I dealt with were very helpful in explaining the project. Consideration was superb. I would have liked a projected savings or payback rate as promised.

Ver Wys were great at getting this job on the schedule and getting it done. Punch list items were complete before payment was requested.

Windows have been ordered; however, the work has not been done yet. Will complete rating at a later time

Our roof has been installed! Its beautiful! :) The shingles they use really make your home look nice! VerWys Bros crew was very professional and courteous...I highly recommend them if you need a roof.
