I had a very disappointing experience with Verdx Pest Control. I worked with Chad when I signed up for service. He reviewed my previous pest control contract and wrote up a similar agreement based on the coverage I already had. Unfortunately, once I paid and signed up, the level of service changed. I found myself calling each month about a different issue, and Chad was dismissive when I tried to address my concerns. One particularly frustrating situation involved mosquito treatment. A technician came to my property and told me that mosquito treatment was not included in my service. It was included in my agreement. After the technician left, I had to call and schedule another appointment, and the next available appointment was two weeks away. To make matters worse, Chad later tried to upsell me on additional services after we had already discussed and agreed upon my coverage. The biggest problem was the lack of follow-through and communication after I became a paying customer.

When a customer switches companies to us we try to make sure we understand the services they were getting and the frequency of he appointment so that we and exceed expectations. In this case we were not able to meet that criteria. Our goal is to provide clear expectations and dependable service throughout the entire customer relationship, not just when a customer first signs up. Why is it such an ordeal for companies to keep their word, honor their agreements, and back their representatives agreements? I?ve paid what was agreed on, sent them residential and commercial customers based on the effectiveness of the products, and written good reviews. Now, I wonder if the company is doing the same to them. All I?m asking for is to keep the service as it was solicited to me and agreed to. I?ve talked to several people, shown the agreement made, told it be straightened out, and still being billed without service. I cannot recommend a company that doesn?t keep the simplest of agreements.

Jeff did excellent in service in my home today He took his time going through my house and checking everything area for bugs and spiders. He also dusted the house for bugs and spiders. He sprayed the yard and made sure everything thing was right. I was really pleased with his work he did. I look forward to seeing him again
