terrible company, planks overlap one another, Handles placed on the outside of gates none on the inside of gates, walked on plants and brick edging which shifted, they do not clean up after themselves, one gate lock you on the side of the house someone has to let you in the back yard. Fence is 8? off the ground. Mr. Onofre Garcia said he would correct things but he didn?t then he stopped communicating. so hired another company to correct Vergel Fence errors and I will replace plant and edging myself. please stay away from this company.

planks overlap one another, spaces sizes varying from no gaps to 2? gaps, Worker destroy your plants , walk on brick edging which shift them, they do not clean up after themselves, put handles on the outside of the gates so you can?t open gate from the inside; one gate will lock you on the side of the house someone has to let you out. Fence is 8? off the ground, Mr. Onofre Garcia, will not return any communications. This company Vergel Fence, Inc. is a TERRIBLE COMPANY. I had to hire another company to rework Vergel fence work.

They did a horrible job, they never followed the indications and damaged my fence

This pro delivered on the project I hired him for. The pro developed a plan, met with me, explain how he would handle the project and did the work he was hired to do. Very satisfied customer here.

The manager from Vergel Fence came and gave me an estimate to do a partial replacement of my back fence. He was friendly and professional! I was very happy with the work that was done on my fence!!

I will never ever hire this company again The owner promised to replace the fence. Instead, he replaced some slats.

Mr Garcia who is the owner was more than accommodating. He responded quickly and my fence was repaired to my specs within 1 week of the original request and quote visit. He did an excellent job on my chain link fence which was in pretty bad shape after years and years of use. The final test will be how well the gates hold up over time. So, more to come. Did I say he took time to match and paint the chain link so there is zero work left for me to do.

Very good experience. I have already recommended them. They came and completed the job the same day. I thought that it was gonna take a couple of days but to my surprise the job was completed in a couple of hours. I was very impressed. Keep up the good work.

Fast, friendly and professional. We were contacted the same day and the work was completed and cleaned up the next. Would highly recommend them.

If you need a fence built or repaired he does a great job! BUT if you have underground sprinklers or important wires (cable, power) underneath the fence he is building or repairing RUN FROM THIS GUY! He dug and cut into my 1)internet connection and 2)sprinkler system that were appropriately marked. He also cut a 3) power line to an existing (brick) fence that has 4 coach lamps mounted on them. Those lamps give light to my property...well I did. Fortunately I was home when the internet cable was cut and was able to have that repaired before he set the post in the ground. But I had to take a day off from work (from home) because I could not connect. The other cuts I found 2 days after he finished and was paid. When I called him he replied that he did not know they were there. As required by the village...the local utility marked the internet line and I hired a sprinkler guy to mark the water line before the job started. Oh yeah, he added an additional $400 to the quoted price after determining there was a shortage of wood posts at his usual supplier due to COVID shutdowns in local wood supply chain. As I was in an immediate need for the fence I agreed but I should have held to his original quote. That is on me... In my opinion he did great (fence) work but hiding the power and water lines (with concrete) was near criminal to me since I have to pay more money now to fix what he damaged. So fair warning, if your job requires attention to your underground lines... go to the next contractor because Vergel Fence will wind up costing you more in the long run.
