I had an outstanding experience with Verlander’s. Jason and Trevor were great! They were prompt, professional, incredibly kind and very affordable from start to finish. I reached out on a Monday, and they were at my home the very next day. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system and fixed it the same day, which was such a relief. Their efficiency, professionalism, genuine kindness and fair pricing truly set them apart. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service, and I’m genuinely grateful. I’ll absolutely continue doing business with them in the future, and I’ve already started referring friends and family. Highly recommend!

They arrived on time. They are honest and have integrity. He got the part and it worked. He did not try to upsell me. Very customer oriented and explained the repair to me. I learned a lot. If I could give them 6 stars I would. You should use this company. This is a local, small, family business.

While I may be biased (because he’s my cousin), I highly recommend Verlander’s Heating & Air! Today (5/18), temperatures unexpectedly reached 95°. 🥵 While I was working, my husband told me that it was very warm upstairs (83° by my Nest app) and there was no cool air coming out. The upstairs is where our bedroom and the kids bedrooms are, so that was a no go. I reached out to Jason, and told him what was going on. He told me that he could be there in about 20-30 minutes and he would take a look at it. He arrived around 6:00 pm, checked our upstairs units and outside units to find that in my upstairs unit, one of the capacitors had gone bad on both ends. He replaced it and went back upstairs to check before he left, and the temperature had already started to drop! 🥶 Jason has been working in HVAC for a long time and used to be the COO of Blazer HVAC, until starting his own company. He is as honest as they come, and is not someone that is going to take advantage of you.
