Bill tried to warn me that the switch to the garbage disposal probably was okay over the phone. When he proved it after he arrived, he was not even upset. But...since he made the journey out I asked him to give my rental house the once over, and he found a few things that may have saved the house from burning down or at the very least harming one of the occupants. He was very knowledgeable about working with a 100-year-old home. Job well done Bill.

bill vermette knowingly broke an integral screw/bolt off the bottom portion my crystal chandelier and stripped the long screw that screws into the electrical ceiling portion with a power drill when he unscrewed it from the ceiling socket...bill vermette is incompetent and did not have a clue as to what he was doing uninstalling my chandelier!!!!

"Bill has installed chandeliers for over 37 years and knows exactly how to do so. He knowingly broke nothing, integral or otherwise. This customer was informed that his chandelier was already stripped from a prior bad install when we took it down for him. He was advised NOT to re-install it himself in his new home with said stripped screw (as he said he was going to do) for if he did so, the fixture would not stay in place. Customer did not do as he was instructed and now wishes to blame a company with an impeccable reputation for his own error and stubborn refusal to listen to good and expert advice. This is immoral and libelous and to give a company that has never even received a 2-star or a 3-star review in its history a 0.5-star review is about as dishonest and irresponsible as it gets. William B. should be thoroughly ashamed of himself yet people such as this rarely possess the conscience to do the right thing. In short, this review is a total and complete fabrication (also known as a lie) as all the other 5 and 4-star reviews here can attest to."

Bill Vermette was very punctual, honest and very professional. He is very knowledgeable in his trade. He had the time to educate me with a little bit on my electrical work. He installed a GFI outlet in my back yard and explained every step he was doing. He was very reasonable in price. I will definitely recommend him to others and I will use him again.
