I am so pleased that I followed the high reviews of other Montvale residents and used David and his team to remove the mice in my house. He is very responsive, and returned a few times at my request, very quickly and with an excellent and positive attitude each time. I was highly satisfied with his work and professionalism, along with his team being friendly, helpful, and decent people. Hopefully, I will not need his services again but will most definitely call him if I have any future problems!

David is highly professional and very responsive! He came out several times to take care of the problem and even went above and beyond the initial call for mice control. He fixed the house where they were coming in and continued to check for the critters. Not only that, he is a very nice person and very pleasant to deal with. Dave was great, he heard the stress in my voice due to a pest situation. I called in morning and he fit us in early afternoon. He assessed the situation, took the appropriate action all the time calming my fears and hysteria. Dave is professional and takes care of his customers by resolving their issues and does what needs to be done.

David came out an evaluated the problem the very next day. As it was carpenter ants, he clearly explained what he was going to do, and did a treatment on the spot. He did mention to ring him back in a week if I still see any issues. I rang him back as there was still a few foraging ants, although considerably less than before. He came back straightaway and did a follow up treatment to further assure that the issue has been resolved. He explains exactly what he will do and controls the issue from the outside, so as to minimize the amount of chemicals inside the home.

David and his team are excellent exterminators who are knowledgeable and just flat out know what they are doing. I had a roach problem and his stuff did the trick. If you have a specific problem, then he will work with you on a solution. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent service and support.

Dave was excellent came by twice same day and returned again after some of the pest returned. He also provided 3-month warranty. I would definitely hire again and plan to use for outdoor event needing to pre-treat area.
