Water Heater - Install or Replace
They were prompt, got here when they said they would, got the water heater installed by ealy afternoon. The boss said that he would come back and install an eloectyrical outlet for the heater, but something intervened and as of now it is still connected to an extension cord. This is the only fault I have with the service.

Darko was friendly, polite, knowledgeable & took the time to explain the process to us. We trusted him with coming into our house when we were at work. Of course, our poodle kept an eye on him. I came home & the work was done correctly, things were cleaned up & water lines to our drain were put back. Excellent work!!

Water Heater - Install or Replace
They arrived over two hours late, which didn't impact me at all as I was home, but they did call twice about the lateness. Job ended up being a lengthy one as the hot waer tank needed to be replaced. Darko was on the phone to the company insisting on the warranty. they then had to travel to another town to get a replacement tank. Turned out to be a seven hour job which hurt a bit in the wallet (labor), but very professional job and he went above and beyond the required work as he nspected my boiler and made adjustments to it. He also pointed out issues that will need to be dealt with in the futue. I would reccomend them.

Everything was perfect. He did an excellent job, it was an old furnace and needed to be replaced.
