Same experience as person who rated Jim Price in June 2022 - once Jim was paid he never finished job that should have taken two weeks - still not completed four and a half months later! Aside from excavating our driveway, we also paid to have dry stack rock lining driveway. Jim hired a couple of local kids to lay the rock - obviously. Worse job we have ever seen - crooked and not properly "dry stacked". Jim simply doesn't take pride in his work. He will promise the moon, however!

Jim was very good to work with. He had the dirt removal done in the time he quoted us. He was quick to come out and check the site. He was great.

Jim Price of Vernbali Contractors, LLC is unreliable and did not follow the contract. He deviated from the blueprint without my permission. All I wanted was a master bathtub and a master closet and instead I got a shower stall and a utility closet to house a gas tankless water heater. The city will not pass inspection work. The work is shoddy and was negligent to the extent I have had to work with his insurance company for reimbursement of damages to existing structure. Hired him in June of 2020 work is still not complete, his insurance is inadequate and I feel he misrepresented himself and his business with an elaborate and impressive company website. He was paid in full and walked off the job, leaving me with situation that is not up to code. I have not had use of this portion of my home since then.

Great company, did the work just how I wanted it. Resloped and did minor grading on my one acre property. Very affordable.

Jim was able to help with everything from designing thru completion.

Very good experience with Jim and his crews. I would highly recommend Vernbali contractors. Easy to talk with. He is very knowledgeable about his trade.

He is disreputable, and dishonest. He's trying to steal my deposit, for no work produced whatsoever. I thought we had a deal; I signed the contract, and there was nothing in the contract about any penalties for not doing the work. Something did pop up, and so I decided I couldn't use him, and he is only offering to give me half of my deposit back.

The thing I like best was the quality of work! Great communication and always kept me up to date!
