I tried to cancel the next day after I signed because the financing was SO expensive. Steven King at Vero gave me such a hard time (even laughing at me) over the phone as I cried with stress. They had already taken 1500. Dollars out of my checking account so I didn't get to cancel the order. I received the roof material on thursday promised to start work Friday morning. Never showed up or even called. Work did not begin until that Sunday. I have never received a contract or photos of anything. (All this was promised to me) I would not recommend Vero Roofing co. to anyone I know.

Our roof was in rough shape and they did a thorough inspection and provided pictures and videos to show me the leaks were coming from and what could be the next area of concern. After the big storms and monsoons lately it has been so nice to not worry about my roof and know we are protected now. We have solor and they were amazing and quick throughout the entire process.

Kobe was very helpful throughout the scheduling process. He was friendly, responsive, and made everything simple and stress-free. I appreciated how quickly he answered my questions and helped me find a time that worked best for my schedule.
