"Thanks for the review Todd.. the point of a review is to get an idea of how a company or restaurant is based on other opinions. I like the fact that we can do that.. however, there's not accurate fact-checking it is just what that person feels at that time.. we did have a mix up on the materials they came in at 5ft.. the fence was to be 6ft.. we sent them back. Got them a week and a half later..he also wanted some windscreen for the fence. For the delay. I told him id take care of that for him.. so working against a deadline we set the post in the rain and lightning. Got them all in.. came back the next morning to finish.. and Todd husband had changed the placement of the gate. So yes I ran to home depot to buy 1. Just 1 extra post and Todd saw me there.. we completed the fence that day. in a total of 2 days start to finish. I knocked on the door to show them the final fence all completed make sure that everything was the way we agreed..also that was the day they were heading out of town. I told them it is no problem we could finish up on our own..he told me in the morning he moved his flight. I offered to deduct the cost of 150 he said from the bill. and Todd would not come outside. So his husband finally did.. and the fence was great he said. I gave him the bill for the final payment.. and he said they were not going to pay the bill. I asked why. he said it is up to Todd. And he was upset that I left the screen on my desk.. which was free also. I am very into making people happy.. just not everyone is able to be pleased. "The timing of this customer's property that is located in a flood zoned neighborhood, was most unfortunate. The severe ongoing weather during that time frame made the property continually underwater for weeks at a time. My crew and I frequently visited the property to dig holes and check to see if the ground was dry enough for the concrete to set explaining to the customer that a quality fence is only as strong as its foundation. The ground soil was too saturated making it impossible for the concrete to set and secure the poles properly as necessary for the entire fencing structure to keep its integrity. Due to circumstances out of any contractor's control the initial start date was delayed. Apparently, the customer had difficulty understanding this; to the point of frustration when she fired us after receiving a photo of our truck being loaded with her fencing materials letting her know we were on our way, and once we were just blocks away from arriving at her property she sent a text firing us because we weren't already there. This is a more accurate account of what truly occurred - plain and simple!"
