I am more than pleased with the kitchen remodel job that was done by Paul. He was reliable, professional and skilled. He removed my old cabinets, removed my backsplash, lowered my island counter to one level, removed my countertops and removed my sink and faucet. He then installed my new cabinets, pulls and knobs, a farm house sink and new faucet, a new mosaic tile backsplash, new wall plates, pendant lights, 3 new appliances and worked with another excellent firm to install my new quartz countertop. He was on time and because of delays in supplies and appliances, he worked around that always leaving me with a working kitchen. He also installed my old cabinets and countertop in my garage. He kept things clean, took away trash, did it all. He did a very excellent job and I would hire him again.

Rick and Paul are the ultimate professionals. They were on time, polite, clean and they did a quality install of our kitchen. If you have the opportunity to have them do any work for you, you will be more than pleased!

5 stars because: - Joe showed up - gave us an estimate before any work was done - Joe was courteous, pleasant, and professional - the work was done on time, as expected, and in a workman-like manner - the estimate was 100% right on - the job was completed as expected - Joe cleaned up after himself - the whole process from start to finish was great and we are very happy with Joe and Versatile Improvements & Remodeling.

The subcontractor was not licensed. A two to four week job took over one year, and the state's attorney was involved. Roof damage was caused by the job they did. Worst experience with a contractor of my life!

Paul & Rick were very prompt, understood the job I needed to have done and completed the work in a timely fashion. The project came out great, but I had a problem with the exterior motion light not functioning properly, they returned the next day and replaced the light, which I haven't tested yet, however, I am extremely pleased with their workmanship and follow up. I would definitely use their services again and certainly recommend them.

They did EVERYTHING they said they would do and more. Worked was done fast and VERY clean. I have more work to be done and will not hesitate to call them.

Paul and Rick did an excelent job installing my hardwood flooring!!! Extra work was need to cut around the legs of my Pool Table that I would not move. Not a problem for them, very impressed!!! Very professional, experienced, neat, clean and organized!!! Would highly recomend them for any household project you might have in mind!!!

They responded to my request immediately. They worked my project in quickly and they went right to work. They were knowledgable on how to install the blinds and they washed their hands before handling my bright white sheers. They also cleaned up well after their project was done. I would hire them again for other projects.

The whole project went smoothly and on time, once " I " finally made my kitchen cabinet choice...so many choices.... Paul and Rick were professional, personable, on target with all the work....very detail oriented...love, love, love the results!!!! Versatile replaced an outside entry door. The new door is installed better than the original. Very meticulous and professional. Excellent work.

Very pleasant man came and gave me a very reasonable estimate which I accepted. When it was done he even gave me a ride to home depot so I could bring back an extension ladder. Very good company to have any work done. The chimney cap was also built by a sheet metal company which he took care of all the ordering picking it up and just added the price into the final bill. Labor and material was lower than the estimate for the complete job.

Eveerything was expertly done and we are very happy. Will be contacting Versatile in the future for other projects.
