    The tech was excellent more than what I can say about the man in the office who tried the bait and switch on me. I was told that the next service after the initial service would be free because they check to make sure there are not any vermins 30 days after the service and the man in the office tried to pull a fast one on me by having me sign a contract after I told him about not using the pest control company I had before then, they too were shifty! (Eclipse Pest Control). The tech did not want to start until after I called his office and gotten things straight with what I was told. I did not want to be under contract nor did I want to pay them another $89 30 days later, they didn't want to honor the free service for checking to find out if they got rid of the mice that was eating away at our walls. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS SHIFTING COMPANY BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW IF THE MAN ON THE PHONE WAS THE OWNER, MANAGER, OR JUST AN OFFICE WORKER.

    I considered my problem an emergency once mice were found under my home. I found his listing on Home Advisor. I left a message and he called me back the same day. Trent came over on his way home from work that night. Very personable and has proven to be customer service oriented. They were here the next morning setting traps & have already been back to do the outdoor yard, plant and insect spray. Everyone I have dealt with has been great!
