Vertex Roofing Contractors, Inc.

Requested a roof inspection full report. Roof was inspected and an estimate provided for repairs of $1,200. Not an inspection report with required photos. When contacting Vertex, spoke to Nicole. Nicole was immediately defensive and struggled to take the time to listen, overspoke when I would attempt to speak and could not accept responsibility of the Company not completing a roof inspection with not being able to explain what type of inspection occurred with a $1,200 estimate of repair. By the end if the call Nicole agreed to send a licensed inspector out as Ariel and David who came out to complete the 1st inspection was not licensed. Brian the roof inspector did not call prior to the inspection as committed by Nicole. Brian was insistent that he called and left a message once I requested what number was used it had come to our attention Nicole did not provide the correct number to Brian. The roof inspection was completed. The report was not a too detailed report missing photos of repairs needed, the correct address of the property, etc. An additional follow-up was completed with the inspector by phone and e-mail with no response from Brian the roof inspector until obtaining agent involvement the inspection was released with majority of photos and the correct property address. Sara called requesting payment and the credit card company kept flagging the charge as potential fraud. No invoice was issued. After a phone follow-up and voice mail was left for Nicole and Sara no return call was received until the next two business days in which Nicole returned the call requesting payment not acknowledging that a call was made to Nicole and Sara requesting the invoice both for record keeping and as the credit card company was flagging the potential charges from Vertex as possible fraud. Nicole was argumentative disclosing the invoice would be resent when an invoice was never sent. Minutes after a the phone call an invoice appears from Sara. We will not be using Vertex to complete the repairs and we are in the process of having the repairs with another local company rated higher on Home Advisor. In the interim of seeking additional advisement from other roof licensed roofing companies it has come to our attention that Nicole is the Owners daughter. Vertex lacks the professionalism with Nicole and Brian. Sara was pleasant to speak with.

Fantastic customer service. Quick response time from the office; friendly, qualified tradesmen did the work in one day with no disruption to my schedule. They even worked with us to ensure we received the maximum payout on our insurance claim. Would highly recommend Tommy and his entire team at Vertex to anyone.

Vertex was able to come out earlier than they were originally scheduled (this two days after the recent windstorm). They inspected the roof before offering an estimate, and were able to get the repair done same day, with the same shingle color and manufacturer that was already approved by our HOA.

Dus to the recent wind storm had several shingles that were damaged. Called Vertex and they replied promptly and was able to get it repaired in a few days. Tanner and is associate were professional and did a great job on the repair. Highly recommended.

I called them yesterday and they were on time at 0800 today. I showed Tanner what they issue was and before I could even walk back upstairs they knew how to fix the problem and were prepared to do the work right then and there. The ridge vent had come undone and we had holes in our collar vents. The repairs to the roof took them less than an hour and the cost was less than all the other roofing companies I had called. It's such a load off our minds now that the hole in our roof is now fixed. We plan on using them in the future to redo our entire roof. Thanks Vertex!

had an odd roof issue. vertex kept coming out until it was fixed. great company.

They have great customer service. They came to work on time everyday. Was a great price, we had three estimates. They used top quality materials also. We have used many contractors over the years and you always have workers standing around on the phone or chatting with each other, but not the Vertex crew. They worked extremely hard all day long. They left the place immaculate when they were done. And they answered any questions that we asked. They did excellent work! I definitely recommend them. And any future work we may need we will hire them again.

they are very professional and went above and beyond the original request. they were very though.

Great work in tough to reach places. Experienced some delay in beginning to end of project but overall top notch work.

They were prompt, efficient, and have me 3 options in writing with prices. They were prepared to do 1 right away.

This is one of the best customer oriented companies I've had the pleasure of doing business.

Minimum charge is high

Prompt callback. Scheduled the repair at an early date. Showed up on time and went right to work. They also replaced a piece of siding for me. Good crew. The salesman Tom was good also.

Completely satisfied with the job and the customer service.

Excellent firm and easy to work with. They did the work as promised and completed it in the time they said.

Got a lower bid from another company after work was done

Very professional. They quickly removed a satelite dish and repaired the roof. Price was better than the competitors.

Provided two options to repair my problem. One was low cost and the other was considerably more expensive but would be longer lasting.

Work was done when promised. No complaints.

Vertex Roofing contractor Tommy arrived ahead of schedule, introduced himself ask me to describe the problem. Then proceeded to check out the roof to assess the problem. He showed me pictures of the damage area. And provided me an estimate of the cost to repair the roof. He indicated that there was a cancelation and he would be free that afternoon to perform the job. I contacted him a few houses later to do the work. They came out and completed the work as promised. I was very pleased with their work and level of professionalism. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Tommy completed my house roof repairs promptly and effectively. The price was about a third more expensive than what I was told on the phone, but the work was proceeded by a written estimate that reflected the true costs, and the work included a couple repair items not mentioned on the phone estimate. I would recommend VORTEX.

David came over and did a nice job.

The roofer suggested a minimal repair, which seemed to make sense. However, after the first after the repair there still seems to be dampness on the ceiling. I'll wait for the next rain to make sure I'm not imagining it, but I may be back to square one.

Good work but a little expensive.
