"Jerry are you sure you're reviewing the right company? Last time we spoke with you was in 2012. My company has an overall rating of 4.54 Stars on "Value For Money" ratings on Homeadvisor. Costs are always discussed and agreed to before hand and its always the customer's choice to choose what makes sense to them in regards credibility, cost and overall quality. In any case, If you used someone else recently please make sure you're leaving the review with the right company. If a contractor does a good job, then the whatever cost you paid should be worth it and ratings should reflect the work done. Cost is relative. Thanks!"

"This is shocking and utterly fabricated. Facts: customer, (consumer name withheld per their request) did contract with us to install her own provided equipment and she was involved thru out the installation process. (consumer name withheld per their request) gave an okay to camera locations a couple of times and was informed of extra cost as she changed the scope of work agreed (added extra cameras to be installed) before we began installing. Customer even trimmed tree branches to allow more visibility where certain cameras were being installed. At no point did (consumer name withheld per their request) voice any opinion regarding a change of mind as to camera locations. After the install, customer instructed our techs on camera positioning and everything was great with positioning. Only thing is customer's system looked really bad on her mobile device compared to what it looked on the monitor. Buyer?s remorse had start to set in at this point it seemed as customer even asked if we can change the camera resolution (we didn't provide equipment and nothing we could do) When finished, customer commended our work and even expressed she wished her college son can come under our tutelage to help him with a better career path. We welcomed this. Then next day customer sends me a series of emails and text messages simultaneously: "Peter, I don't want to be a pain but I'd really like to move this camera to the opposite corner. This will place the angle where it doesnt hit the house & on the side where you originally pointed out. Thanks, (consumer name withheld per their request) I had pointed this out from the beginning and she chose another location anyways. Even though she gave okay to and helped choose the positioning, I still obliged and scheduled to come back out to adjust the cameras the following Monday. But it seemed like (consumer name withheld per their request) was simply impatient and angry for no reason as she reached me again on the weekend (Sat) to get a confirmation as to when I was coming out, when she did didn't hear from me by Sunday (I was spending my weekend relaxing with family, I'm allowed this) she sends me another text saying she already had another contractor come fix issues we were not responsible for to begin with and threatened to leave an unfavorable review. When I questioned her motives and the fact that it was the weekend she gets even more angry. Now you want to report me to some imaginary authorities for questioning your intent?? WHAT HAPPENED TO FREE SPEECH? It?s hard to satisfy everybody in this world. Some people are just angry, insatiable and bitter. Who gets irate over the fact that a company did not respond to their non-emergency text messages over the weekend?? Might be time to get some help and seek a specialist (i.e, a shrink) as there are more serious issues in the world to fret over. Get well (consumer name withheld per their request) and best of luck to you."
