About us
Very Good Tree Service is owned and principally operated by husband and wife team Ryan Brenteson and Rebecca Sobel. Ryan manages all of the hands-on tree work and Rebecca supports business operations. Ryan has over a decade of experience working with trees. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, he studied engineering at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in Socorro and received a degree in Forest Resource Management from the University of Montana. After years of hazard tree service and fire management with the Department of Interior, Ryan and his wife set roots in New Mexico to grow Very Good Tree Service. Very Good Tree Service strives to be an ethical and Equal Opportunity Employer with goals of hiring of people from all walks of life that care about our trees and bettering our urban forest. We work closely with all parties (including your neighbors!) to make sure the job gets done quick, clean, and with care so that all parties are completely satisfied.
