Great roofing job, but didn't do the roof over the bay kitchen window. We referred them to a friend and the company did not follow through with contacting them.

It was extremely hard to communicate with them and I never got an actual start do, which caused me some concern. However, once when they started the job, their work was above my expectations, based on their lack of clear communication.

Project was roof. I found two leaks once the roof was done, one was fixed when they did the gutters, the other later. Very bad job cleaning up, left cigarette buts and empty cigarette packages in my yard every day. They did not sweep for nails daily - like they said they would. They did not pull the permits - like they said they would. Call someone else, you don't want these guys in your yard.

"This was a situation that we started the roof and while performing the work a rainstorm moved in and our crew was working under pressure to close up the roof and not to leave it wide open for when the storms arrived. During this roof project it was not ideal conditions due to the weather. We did go back and clean up after our crew, our sales guy was on site as much as possible and very attentive to the homeowners needs. The permit situation was just a miscommunication between the office and the sales gentleman and has been rectified. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We were able to correct these issues and satisfy the customer."

In September 1916 I gave a contract to Vesel Contractors to replace the roof and the upper part of the gutters of my house at 18330 enington drive, Brookfield .WI. Initially things went well and closed the account by paying in full. They said the warranty papers will be in the mail. Since I did not receive any papers I called them and they said I owe them $906 for replacing the rotten roof deck wood. Per contract they were supposed io furnish 50 ft of deck wood and 3 USB boards free of charge. Any excess wood was to be charged at $4 per foot and USB boards at $58 each. I felt that the $906 charge was unreasonable since my roof was in reasonably good shape. However I paid the $906 and was looking for the warranty papers. I did not receive any and repeated calls went unanswered. Further they did not do the tuck pointing of the chimney which was in the contract saying that it was a misunderstanding. Further I noticed that there was some damage of the lower gutter by someone stepping on it. Also It happened that my 20 ft personal aluminum ladder went missing during the contract work. They advertise that their objective is building trust and installing pride.

The representative showed up for the first appointment on time. after that I tried to schedule an the repair with no calls no shows and then one day the repairman showed up on a Saturday unannounced ready to do the repair a week after I tried scheduling it

"We understand the frustration coming from this homeowner. Although, we were in contact with the homeowner, he was informed that we would be there on Thursday or Friday, weather dependent. Our crews got behind schedule with the repairs both days due to unforeseen issues. We had our roofing foreman attend to Robert's roof on Saturday knowing that it needed to be done before the beginning of the week. Even though the homeowner was not satisfied with our timeliness his roof was a priority and his needs were met and taken care of."

We hired Vesel because they would do the complete job, unlike some others. They did an excellent job quickly. I was especially happy with their daily cleanup and attention to details like paint and gutters. The crew was respectful of us and our property, and we would hire them again if we had another job to do.

Excellent work, very friendly employees who cleaned up very well after performing the work. I felt the price was very good. My insurance agent was so impressed with their work and price that he took their name and number for reference when other people need roof repairs or replacements.

Responded immediately to phone calls. Provided 50 year warrantee through Owens Corning on material & workmanship. Got the job done on a very tight schedule. I could not have asked for more. I would use them again on anything, windows, doors, whatever contracting they do. Almost wish I had more for them to do! They had the bets price as well!

A dedicated team. After starting on the roof, the only time work stopped was during stop in water pressure (installation of a new water heater) and an electrical storm. The intense summer heat required the team to start late in the day to finish up the project.
