Karl and his assistant were absolutely terrific! They found a blockage in my dryer vent system that another company could not find. They got rid of the blockage efficiently and their prices are so much more reasonable than other companies. I will recommend them to other people for their honesty, integrity, and competency! (The other company that came first, led me to believe I had a serious problem and needed duct repair.)

Sometimes the best jobs are the jobs not required. And sometimes the great jobs are the ones when the service provider tells you that the job is not needed. My experience with Veteran Air Cleaning Services was great. They were very prompt with their customer service, they answered all questions I had and made sure they called me in advance when they were coming to start the job. They were at my house on time, and was very professional and courteous. They inspected my entire home first, taking pictures of all the vents and trunks to see how dirty it was. After assessing all of the rooms, they came back to me and said that performing their services would not make a difference, since our vents and trunks are clean and not contaminated. I was like "wow, really?". Being a first time homeowner, this news was a relief and surprising since I wouldn't expect a service provider to turn down money. THIS IS WHAT I LOVED ABOUT THESE GUYS! They were upfront and honest, showed me basic things I can do myself to continue to keep my vents clean and uncontaminated. They said my HEPA filter and UV Germ lights are helping me keep my home vents and trunks clean. They said I would still need to clean the air registers every season, but they said that's something I can easily do without costing money. They also looked at our dryer vents and installed a bird guard to the outside vent. They also educated me how the sensor in the dryer would indicate if there was a blockage in the vent. Josh and Karl, the company owners, are awesome guys to work with. When my vents do need the cleaning, I know who I will be calling right away. Great people, great company!!!

They were completely professional and helpful! They are very honest in their estimates of the work needed. They told us that we were on the cusp of needing the cleaning. They said if we didn't have a brand new baby, they wouldn't recommend getting the cleaning done, but because the baby it was on the fence. We chose to get it cleaned because of the baby. We really appreciated their honesty and not charging us a crazy amount of money for the service.
