Floors turned out great. They refinished 5 rooms in the house and got the stain to match nearly exactly with the newer wood floors the previous homeowner had installed. Previous home owner had also left a significant amount of baseboards in the garage, Veteran Flooring was willing to use the existing material we had on hand to upgrade the baseboards.

I was pleased with their skill, professionalism, and kindness.

This flooring company is so talented. Every one that worked on our project was a real pro. And the 60 year old floors are now gorgeous.

Dale and his team are great. Ripped out carpeting, gave me multiple options for stain colors and even called me to the job site when they weren't sure I'd selected a color to sufficiently hide previous staining. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Did an amazing job. Definitely recommend for refinishing your hardwood flooring.

Refinished 640 sq. ft. of wood flooring and replaced small area of hardwood in the main hallway. Air conditioner ran while sanding and filter was caked full of dust/wood chips. Air ducts are a mess. New base shoe molding size in bedrooms/hallway is smaller from original size. Transition section from the old to new shoe in main hallway looked odd and baseboard was damaged. Now it is worse after they did a quick fix with a lot of caulk and is not smooth and aligned. Old floor stain is now exposed. All original shoe moldings in other rooms have a slit cut into the bottom of them due to them not removing shoe before refinishing floors. Missed appointments. Two times there was a no-show and cancelled two other times. Wood filler is needed in a few areas of the floor. He didn't have the matching tint the day he doctored the hallway. Scratches in a few walls, trim, doors,and furniture. Orange soda spilled in window and onto floor. Replaced 2 window shades due to floor stain on them. I've decided to have someone replace all of the base shoe at a later date. Very disappointing.

Veteran's flooring did a great job. When a pipe was broken inadvertently a plumber was called and a repair done within 2 hours. Great value for the work done. The crew sanded at least 3 times using progressively finer sandpaper to give a great finished look.

Dale and his team are great. I have original hardwood floors I needed to have redone and stained, needed ceramic removed and replaced with vinyl tiles, and carpet replaced. Dale called me almost immediately and came out next day to start this project, i had some other difficulties with my original hardwood I needed fixed as well which he told me he would take care of. He gave me a professional quote and after picking out the types of flooring n’ such I wanted we scheduled a day that worked perfectly in my schedule. Came back and the hardwood was done amazing, carpet was done and the ceramic was replaced! Unfortunately due to the cold weather due to cold, he had to come out and replace a few of the tiles in which they came out and replaced/fixed next day with no issue or hassle! Very happy I contracted Veteran Flooring and hope to use them in the future!

I had a need for a repair and refinish. Dale and his team worked hard to make sure new wood matched the original. Slight difference, but looks great!! I can't complain about any of the process. They were quick to start the job, worked with my schedule and communication was amazing. I always knew the plan and this was important to me. Would definitely work with them again!

They di what they said they would do but their finish work was not acceptable. They were back twice and still I need someone to come in and redo the finish.

New hardwood floor was put down in 2 rooms. They look fantastic. Dale kept me informed what he hoped to accomplish each day. He showed up when he said he would show up each day. we encountered what could have been a major issue, but Dale and his partner handled the situation very professionally. After the job was complete and we waited 24 hours for the final coat to dry, we discovered 2 areas that needed attention. I called Dale and he returned my call the same day. He listened to the problem and said he would be out the next day to take care of it. He showed up as promised and took care of the 2 areas. The floors now look gorgeous. I was impressed with his concern that we were completely satisfied, that he showed up when he said he would show up and kept me informed all along the way. I would not hesitate to use Veteran Flooring again and highly recommend them.

Dale did a great job. I had original hardwood floors that had been covered by carpet and other floor treatments plus an addition without hardwood floors. Dale and his team came in and 1) sanded and repaired all of the original hardwood 2) installed new hardwood for the areas in the addition and 3) stained and "poly'ed" the entire house. It looks superb! Dale was very accommodating of my schedule. GREAT JOB!

It was an excellent experience. They nailed it!! Flexible scheduling, on time and great work. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again. Easy to work with and take pride in their work. Not like most who are in a hurry to get in and get out. Very pleased I hired Veteran Flooring.

I've seen amateurs do better work. They knew it wasn't a sufficient length. Awful job.
