Excellent response during a tight timeline.

I was promised a certain product after installation it was not the right product. I let them know it was not the correct product, it was from the warehouse and that is why it looks different. Basically he made me pay for the wrong product and offered me a refund but it not cover the correct product. He stated he would come and show me that it is the right product and it has been a month and has not come out. He will not respond to calls, emials or texts.

Called on short notice later in the evening on a Friday and came right out no problem.

The person (Jeff) that contacted me and did the work on my garage door was great. He really knew all about the job to be done. He was very pleasant and cared about doing the complete job. I will certainly contact him if I need more jobs to be done.

Came the same day and fixed my garage door quickly. He also added some new and improved wheels for no extra labor charge. Excellent!

OMG! This is one of the very best customer experiences I have had. God must have been looking out for me because another company wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount. I got on Home Advisor and started getting calls in minutes. Though I agreed to let someone else come out tomorrow, when I got this call from Veteran Garage Door I was compelled to let him come by. He was in the area and it was not going to cost me anything to have him take a look. Jeff showed up quicker than he or I expected. He was in, evaluated my situation, laughed at a previous quote, and said he?d take care of this right now for a fee I originally expected to hear. However, the fee was better than I expected. The work was quick and thorough. Then, I found that Jeff replaced a set of rollers because his opinion was they were worn out. He showed me the old ones and was absolutely on point. Jeff, you?re an outstanding man and a great repairman. I will highly recommend Veteran Garage Door for any issues associated with the garage door. I am very elated and quite pleased with the entire interaction. I feel confident I got my money?s worth and will make my first call for any repairs or questions to Veteran Garage Door. OMG! Ali showed up on time, texted me an hour before the appointment time with an ETA, and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He completed the repair of the drive gear, and serviced my spring/replaced a couple rollers in less than an hour. Veterans Garage Door did an outstanding job. I called a previous company who claimed the door was unrepairable and gave a quote for a new door for $3200. Veteran Garage Door company was by far the best repairmen I have ever encountered. They were professional, responded in a timely manner, reasonable with price and installed the best opener we have ever owned. Excellent customer service

Veterans called me within 5 minutes of my request and came out same day! He arrived right on time and only took 3 minutes to fix my garage door! Fast and friendly service.

The gentleman called within 15 minutes of requested service for my garage door. It wood do absolute not budge, either manually or by power. We had both vehicle so there was no way to get to work Monday. He came out Sunday when he said and did an excellent job. My husband was out with him but failed to get his name, nor did I. He was Hispanic, well educated on all the mechanics of the door. We had the wrong springs in, needed the rolling balls and more. Excellent. We highly recommend this company.
