Quick, efficient, friendly. Offered several options for repair but not pushy about trying to “sell” the additional items. Oscar was great and the scheduling process was easy as can be. Called at 730am…service completed by 930am. Will recommend and use again in the future when I have service needs!

Put in new spring and accessories and made a big mess of oil all over the garage door called them 2 times sent pictures through text and none called me back. Then their labor warranty expired.

I had a broken garage door spring. I checked the parts cost using Amazon to get a guess of the cost and found Veteran was spot on with what I expected. Plus they had a lifetime warranty for a nominal fee. Found their customer service was very professional and kept me informed on the status of their technicians. Received word they could come earlier than my appointment which was helpful. They did a great job. We’re very satisfied.
