    Mr. Martini promised us four laborers but only sent three. However, he presented us with a bill for all four. If I had not caught his "error," the difference was over $350.00. In addition, they ran out of space on the truck and could not move everything as promised. So some of our household goods had to sit outside overnight in the carport until his guys could return in the morning, which they did. The people who bought our house were threatening to sue if we delayed their move-in. Finally, his guys are great. First-class workers. Unfortunately, there was some damage, mostly to our dining room table and Mr. Martini turned his back on us. We talked to his insurance man, and he could not help. Claims have to be filed by the mover. He sent me an e-mail saying he would cover half the damage (half of $400.00) but I am still waiting for the check. I am betting it never arrives. Other customers have said the same thing.

    Three men showed up instead of the four paid for. The three were good workers, friendly and attentive. No response from owner when e-mailed about paying for 4 men but only getting 3. Also no response from mentioning my men wedding ring was missing from bedroom dresser after the move. No way I'm saying it was stolen but it was there night before move and not there after the move. Hopefully it was just lost during the moving/shuffing of the dresser. My fault for not securing valuables myself.

    We did everything you asked us to do for your move. Our employees were stopped at the top of the stairs with each load of boxes so that you could inspect them. That takes a lot of time hence making the time on the job taking longer than estimated. Also, one of your complaints was that we didn't "unpack" all of your belongings. You did not ask for this service so we did not provide it or you. If you would have asked for us to unpack, we would have built the labor time for it into the estimate. Other than that, the move went smoothly and as quickly as possible.

    Workers were great and had a very positive attitude. There were not as many men as the estimate said and so the project moving out was slower than I expected. Kudos to the guys because they stayed late to get it done!


    Missing items, broken and damaged furniture. No response from company when I tried to talk about the problems. Did not return phone calls.

    My one 4.5 star was because they could not move baby grand piano as part of agreement. HOWEVER, they reduced cost of move and gave me an excellent recommendation for someone to move piano. This has delayed about 2 weeks getting piano to home for my wife. Great team and hard workers.
