Veteran Plumbing Services is a locally owned full-service plumbing company serving Northern Virginia. We take great pride in being the go-to expert for NOVA’s plumbing needs. Our only goal is your complete satisfaction with our work, and we’ll do whatever it takes to achieve that. Our courteous professionals provide prompt, honest and reliable service for a fair price. After more than 5 years in the industry, Dennis Rollins founded Veterans Plumbing Services because he knew, based on his 22 years maintaining steam boilers and engines for the US Navy, that there was a better way to serve residential customers with plumbing problems. He wanted to build a company from the ground up focused entirely on getting the job done well—quickly and for a fair price. He brings the core values of his military service—integrity and honesty—to his new business and believes clients will appreciate the difference.

Absolute garbage scamming business. Terrible customer service and scammed me out of money. Charged me $250 for service but said what I actually needed was to change out the whole toilet AFTER the job was already done. They don?t call you back and instead email you. If you are a veteran or a woman, do not use this absolutely garbage company.

The setup a same day appointment the day following a snow storm when other companies weren’t scheduling any appointments for the day. They arrived on time for the appt, and resolved the issue promptly. The price was also very reasonable.

I needed to have my main water shut off valve replaced since the original 1970's valve developed a small drip at the stem. I was replacing various faucet shutoffs throughout the house requiring me to use the old main shutoff valve repeatedly which undoubtedly developed the leak. Veteran Plumbing Service had great customer service which was tricky as I had to coordinate with FX Water to turn off/on water service. Jim also was great with his knowledge and friendly service. Definitely a top notch plumbing company.

Quality work but ridiculously expensive. Turned out to be nearly $500 per hour (that included less than 100 of materials). It was not emergence or off normal business hours. In hindsight, I simply over paid.

Chris came out and did an amazing job explaining the estimate the things he saw in the different options for fix. I did not feel like they were trying to upsell me or pressure me into anything it was very much the focus of trying to do the job right and done the first time, I look forward to seeing how the repair goes with them and have high hopes for it.
