Veteran Remodeling Management

Gasses are coming up and the house smells of sewage. So a **plumber** was called last January/February. Dave shows up, does not even touch the toilet, hands me a box of riddex and leaves. Fine whatever. He tells me he is just going to bill them for the riddex. He then bills my property management company for the replaced o-ring, which was NEVER REPLACED, labor, and riddex. Obviously, my issue was not fixed. Now, the property management company says well Dave did it, so we are not going to fix it. I have been dealing with this issue since February. The house still smells. The work was never completed. He was lazy and clearly a liar and now I have to do his job myself. As a single female. And then people wonder why I just cannot respect veterans cause they are veterans. Being a veteran does not make you not shady. I will not even allow them into my home again. Now not only do I have to learn to do this myself, but I also plan to take my property company to court over lack of repairs. Maybe I will just include you all in the lawsuit! Develop a sense of integrity.

He is awesome, friendly, thorough, very honest, professional and knowledgeable. He was quick and got the job done right and our basement looks awesome.

David was very nice, and VERY quick in responding to my inquiry. He came out the same day to give us a quote, and was back the next day to start and complete the dishwasher install. I have his number handy for upcoming projects!!
