Excellent work.

Tom and Tony replace my current deck. They tore off the old decking and railings and removed the debris in less than a day.They replaced all the decking and the railings in about three days. All the sharp edges were routed smooth. They even replaced two suspect joists that was not in the scope of work. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs deck work to be done.

Tommy and Alex were excellent to deal with. Tommy was here the day and time that was given to us. They had to go all over to just to find our decking materials. The quality and workmanship was very good. They even did the little extra things that we wanted them to do without any problems at all. Always cleaned up after a days work and left the place spotless. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tommy and Alex were very easy to work with. They came out for an estimate the same day I called. Our deck was completed very quickly. They noted two of our risers were rotting out so they replaced these prior to painting. We highly recommend Veteran Restoration, LLC.

Tommy and Alex were so nice and helpful! Very easy to work with as well. They restored our 17 year old deck and it truly looks wonderful! They walked us through the changes and what was required to be done to make the deck last for many more years. We are excited to enjoy the deck for the summer and have gotten many compliments from the neighbors! I would absolutely recommend their company to anyone. Thank you to both!

Tommy and Alex fixed my cedar fence by replacing two posts and six rails. They made it sturdy and it looks great. After the job they hauled away the rotted pieces. Great price.

Great working with this team. Very knowledgeable, and excellent work quality. They completed a big job on time - including working on a Sunday to make it happen. I would have liked more proactive updates/communication, but overall, I was very happy with this team and would hire them again.

Company only stayed til 3:00pm 1st couple days they started on my deck replace right before Labor Day weekend. They did a horrible job overall, much lower than deemed professional and seemed to waste more time and nice days they could,ve gotten done sooner. List is long and I still didn't address everything done wrong. 1) Didn't stain ends of planks placed top of railings as top shelf, and some places on deck floor, and when you look closely, can see see these places easily. 2) 1st time I walked out barefoot, after they said they were done and gone, got a splinter in foot, took me a wk to get over soreness after removing it! They claimed they sanded but when you look at it closely and on all the rails, you can actually see and feel splinters sticking up; not safe for anyone out there and especially my very young grandsons. 3)Put a 2x6 up for handrail down stairs that I couldn't use as a handrail; much too wide and couldn't grasp it. So they put up another small handrail that looks like one used down interior home stairs, but along inside of the 2x6; now width on stairs is narrower. For some reason, they didn't want to install a 2x4 in place of the 2x6 when suggested, but I very hesitantly agreed to have them do it that way, just so I could use my stairs safely right away. 4)They used non-galvanized screws on this extra handrail that were instantly rusted in center. 5)Railings cut were different lengths, noticeable when you look, without any measuring tape. 6) Tops of these rails below 2x6 handrail were done well on one side but done differently on other side without an angled top; not a professional way of doing it and very noticeable from my bedroom window! 7)One deck floor plank nailed down did not embed in beam below, so actually not nailed down at all in middle of plank. 8) Very poor painting job on rails, with drips coming down in several places that wasn't smoothed out, and also painting not consistent in places, with some dark places beside light places. Thickness of paint was not uniform! 9)They keep promising to come out to repair my replacement deck, but now have other customers (I was still a customer!!) and can never get back out d/t many excuses, only a couple legitimate because of weather. Have given them plenty of time to repair deck so that I wouldn't have to write such a scathing review of them, and now getting colder. Started out with this company early Aug trying to establish a date to start, finally starting end of Aug and it is now end of Oct, and my deck is still not done. Can't believe what they say and can't trust them. Hired this company because they were rated highly and blogs sounded very good! I like to treat my contractors kindly and help out in small ways, but mostly leave them alone in their work, so there couldn't be anything I did to make them mad! I even cleaned up my yard of small debris after them which they didn't do, just helping! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL HAVE MANY MORE PROBLEMS THAN YOU HAD BEFORE THEY STARTED! Now I don't think I can believe other blogs and ratings!

Weather was uncooperative, but they got the job done. Quality work,good communications and friendly. I would recommend highly. They know their business.

What an outstanding job they completed. They repaired our deck railing, power washed and painted entire deck and repaired gate. We can't say enough about how personable and hardworking they were. Pricing was very reasonable.

Good experience overall. Worked hard, final product looks outstanding.
