Clement did a fine job. Cleaned furniture and carpet very good. Even got a stain out that I was told couldn’t get out. My only problem was I wasn’t told of the $15 fee to come to my house. Didn’t find out until he left. Also a 3% fee to use my card. Lowered that but still could have informed me of added fees before.

Truck mount machine is very expensive to operate and maintain. The machine also draws fuel from the truck. But the results truck mounts provide is second to none, as far as comparing to other machines out there. So this is why we charge trip charge to all areas. A little more expensive than some others. Did a very nice job and on time. Very professional and answered all my questions and asked quite a few. Booking should clarify if using truck mounted equipment or portable unit.
