B&M Construction and Design

We hired B & M Construction and Design to add a master suite bathroom and finish a downstairs laundry room. The contract was signed on 12/22/2025 for $16,000.00 plus materials. The final payment of $1,500.00 was due upon completion of the project, along with any outstanding material costs. Although the project was not completed, we paid the remaining $1,500.00 (paid on 2/9/2026) after being told that his wife?s grandmother?s funeral had created a financial hardship for them. The project began on 1/5/2026 and was estimated to take 4?6 weeks to complete. The work did not get completed. The bathroom can't be used and the downstairs laundry room nothing was done on it.

Work done for a little lady and disabled Vietnam Veteran husband in Alvaton this past fall and spring. The work should have taken 2 weeks to a month to complete however 90 days latter the contractor still was not complete. After firing this contractor she was able to get sub-contractors to complete B & M construction job. Now the work that B & M Construction and Design completed in the Spring is having to be removed due to BLACK MOLD development from a sub-floor bathroom remodel leak. Now they are facing thousands for clean up and mediation of mold spores and replacing the original work done by B&M Construction & Design. This company is no longer a certified contractor in Warren County which is the only reprimand the owners have received for a year long tirade of immoral and unethical work practices. Before you decide to part with your hard earned money check their back-ground.
