Cory is outstanding! As a first time home buyer who didn’t know a thing about buying real estate, Cory was very patient and walked me through everything step by step. The inspector, Cory, was friendly and very informative about the property. He gave us a professional and personal opinion of things he inspected. Frankly, as a 1st time home buyer, we appreciated it. If I buy or need another home inspection, I would definitely hire him again.

Cory was recommended to me by another homeowner in the neighborhood to which Iâ ll be moving soon. He was extremely responsive and easy to schedule, found some defects in the new construction work to which I was able to point out to my builder (and they corrected them!), and the final report was available to me within 8 hours with tons of picturesâ which made it easy to follow since I was not available for the pre dry wall inspection. I will be using Cory again for my final walk-through inspection in October.
