They did an excellent job.

The techs were competent and performed the job in a professional manner. The scheduler was a problem. Their performance lacked communication resulting in my waiting for hours. After finding that they had to order a part on a Friday, the workers said they would return Monday between 8 and 10. By 12:00 Monday, I messaged only to find out that they weren?t coming because the part didn?t arrive. A heads up would have freed me to do other things. In addition, the workers never arrived during the scheduled time. They worked two days and arrived hours late both times. Don?t use these guys unless you?ve got nothing else to do or you have time to burn.

Very professional and explain what they were going to do and the cost. If I needed them again will give them a call.

The rep. was professional, and advised us of our options, but I looked up the cost of the garage door opener that was installed and I feel we were charged an extremely high price for the opener and the installation. Again the rep. was excellent and explained how to use the application on our phone.

The tech who came out said you need to do all these things for $500 and your garage door will be fixed. Left the garage door partially fixed and told me I needed to call another department to fix the track. Later that day the garage door stopped working and they took 2 days to come out to fix it.
