"Note: Quote says: " VHM is not liable for powerwash damage to siding or paint." Additional ly Gabe was in St Charles Hospital 2-7Oct2025 having the 4th colon surgery caused by Agent Orange. I am sorry when you call inebriated at midnight if I say that you are missing me off. Customer was told that we would be back in spring to correct what Veteran's crew supposedly damaged due to using 3200 psi power washer. On top of all this we did not get paid. Note the time on complaint ...midnight."

"The complexity of the project was not disclosed during the negotiations with the board in the fall of 2025 nor the history with several other contractors in the past. If Veterans Maintenance LLC would have known the true scope of work and history of this customer there would been no deal. Issues include cars parked in the plow path and rude tenants."
"Thank you Amy."

"Owner visited home with former Marine and 5 year employee on 27Dec25 at 0900 hours. We met with the Husband and Son. Sheri requested that Owner come there to meet but did not show up at meeting. The door frame was checked with level and confirmed as plumb. Door opens and closes with tight seal. Issue is a piece of trim that customer wants installed in garage where no trim existed before. When this piece of trim was held over right side there is a 1/4 inch gap because of the drywall. Owner explained that there were 2 apparent options: 1. find a trim that has a 1.4 inch lip on it or 2. cut the drywall back to where the trim piece fits flush. (This is out of scope of original quote). If this was a properly measured custom door the should have been deep enough so trim on both sides lays flush. The HUSBAND said to not worry about it, it would find someone "to mess with it" then suggested that we give them a one hour refund ($99) and he would NOT give a bad review. He also commented that this is the second time they have attempted to replace this door. Owner accepted and $99 refund to credit card was issued the same day. VHM did not remove any trim from premises except scrap at Husband's request and has not received any communications from Customer until this bad review. Pictures of installed door available upon request."
"1055 hrs 8JAN2026 We are sorry that you are not happy. We will reach out to you. 1108 HRS issued refund and called customer. When asked what the blockage ended up being customer cussed me out and hung up on me. Original complaint was "clear a clogged or slow drain" which we attempted to clear with a 100 foot snake. Customer told that we could rent a 300 foot snake that has teeth on it for eating thru debris or tree roots LIKE Roto Rooter uses. Total disrespect for War Veterans."
