Professionalism. Jesse from Veterans was the consummate professional from the very beginning. I had to install two basement egress windows in a very short period of time. To get other contractors in and out before the weather prevented them from getting their work done. Jessie was open, honest and admitted he might not be able to get custom windows in the amount of time required. This was something every other contractor had told me. However, Jessie pushed his suppliers to get this finished and once he found out he could get the windows he was on top of it from the very beginning. He himself brought materials to the job site, on several occasions when problems were discovered. He personally made sure the carpenter was on the job, cleaned up and did such a beautiful job I am looking forward to working with this group again. Since our flood in September many contractors have let us down. Veterans earned a lot of respect from this disabled veteran.

Jesse is a great guy, all around good person. He is a man on integrity with good intentions. He is a nice guy and does great work. All around awesome deal!
