They do a sorry job . It all fell down , I contacted them and afterwards wold not return my calls. They don't even deserve 1/2 star

This job started in June of 2021. Still incomplete, 9-24-2022.! We were not going to write a review, but after reading the rest, You must know the truth. After reading all the other reviews, I could write a book. The accident he mentioned, NO INJURIES! Shane was supposed to be in route here, called to tell us about the accident, everyone was okay. Only truck damage. Despite continuous calls to TONY, excuses beyond excuses. About once a month a new car with a couple of unknown workers would show. They left things undone, and damaged, and kept husbands tools they borrowed, vanished sump pump. In the spring of 2022, TONY claims his health is bad, going out of business. He left major issues undone. We paid for several processes he quoted, as I reminded him it was coming up on a year with unresolved work, as usual, I will get back to you Monday. He then claimed he was going out of business. I see complaints here now as recently as August of 2022. We thought we could trust them. Big talk, bigger lies. Sloppy work.

Horrible experience! Shane repaired some water-damaged drywall in my living room. Shortly after he was at my place, he got hurt and I did not hear anything from him for WEEKS!. The seam where the wall and the ceiling meet is awful. He tried to caulk it which made it worse than where the water damage was. The color of paint he used (white ceiling and Agreeable Gray) did not match exactly and he did not try to blend it at all. I have asked for a partial refund, but Tony, the owner of the company, has ghosted me on that. Shane called and acted like he did not know anything about my dissatisfaction - I told him to check with Tony-I have asked for a refund. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!

Work started in may 2021still at the date of February 2022 not completed. Lot of hassle with associated not showing up at all. then Toney took advanced money for materials and stuff. Still no material and no work. The day I said I am not paying any more till work is shown any progress. They took the stuff promised to come the next day never showed up. I have whole length of conversation and back and forward if anyone is interested email me. I have involved my lawyer and filling case against them and company which recommended them to me . Be aware totally fake. And empty promises. They are bunch of con artist to back up this I have photos and there other customers whom we are talking to to claim joint court case. And most of the positive reviews are from same IP address. ( that what my layers found out) do not go by home advisory positive reviews) ( that how I got cone by this.

Not a pleasant one. They did come right out and gave an estimate . Then scheduled the blow in insulation. The day of the install I had concerns when they showed up with the shape of the equipment and getting it to function correctly. They ended up doing the blow in insulation and cleaned up and left. I went into attic for a inspection and areas of concern no new insulation had been blown in. My old insulation had settled in many areas and I wanted this insulated properly. The estimate says bring it up to state code and that is not what I got. When they left took the unused material with them and had this been installed there would have had a problem. I think the left over material would have cover every thing properly. I still feel upset about this install and guess I have to finish the job my self.

My issue is NOT with the guys who came out to do the work it is with the owner Tony for not being a man of his word when I questioned the job once completed. I arranged with Tony R to have Veterans insulation add blown in insulation to my attic on June 4th in the morning. I received a call letting me know they would be late, Shane finally arrived at 6 pm with a helper. I went to check on progress about 9pm to find this gentlemen in a pitch dark attic trying to use a small dim light that barely emitted light 2 feet in front of his face let alone into the dark areas of the attic. I brought out a dual head halogen light so he could see what he was doing which he was very grateful for. I then asked Shane if he was going to check his helpers work which he did. Shane and his helper worked hard and kept at it until 11:30 that night, needless to say they were exhausted but still very nice. Because it was late I didn?t check to make sure they installed measuring sticks, that Tony spoke of, so they would know how much insulation they blew in which would bring my attic up to the agreed to R42. I paid the balance, tipped each guy $20 and went to bed. The next day I checked the work and not only was the storage area and all my personal belongings covered in insulation there were no measuring sticks and I could see areas that only had an inch or two of insulation blown in and I have no idea how much insulation is blown in the areas I can?t reach with a tape measure. I called Tony and he assured me he would get back to take care of cleaning up and adding more insulation. It is now almost 4 months later and I?ve heard every excuse from Tony as to why he hasn?t been back and at this point he has stopped communicating. I expect Tony to respond to this review with some type of excuse as he?s done with other poor one?s but the string of unanswered text messages and voice mails I have tell the truth, he doesn?t intend to correct the problem.

"Unfortunately, our truck was totaled and two of our key employees were hospitalized as an uninsured motorist slammed into them in Charlotte-we were forced to close down and put home advisor on pause and were unable to take on any new business and handle any service calls--We are now in the process of opening up again as both men are doing better--We did try to explain our situation to any customers who needed us including this one however there recovering process took longer than expected we will address any and all situations to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. I had a great experience with Veterans Insulation. We took before and after pics . They were just as patient with me. It was amazing to watch them do the work of blowing Insulation in my attick. They cleaned as they worked. I would recommend them ,they will answer your questions as they work,they didn't rush through it but made sure it was right. I made my appt.with Mr Tony Regine . Shane and his co-worker did a beautiful job ,My husband and I are very happy and will be doing business with them in the Future.( I know his name but can not spell it ..Sorry )

The Handwritten estimate stating a liner in crawl space would be Installed, Was Not, worker had no pressure sprayer too spray crawl space for mold, allowed to use mine, As of this date 6/11/21, I haven't heard a follow up word from anyone at veterans insulation. That is Unprofessional Inexcusable and Unexpectable.

"We were not hired to do crawl space but as a courtesy, we did spray it to help remove mildew - I have talked to the customer to clear up any other concerns which will be handled as I believe he wants us to insulate his crawlspace and put down a vapor barrier."

Discovered they (one of the workers) broke my window screen in half in order to get their equipment inside. The owner is very interested in getting your business and getting the job done for you. I appreciated his interest and communication throughout the process. However, he said he would check their work but he never returned afterward. Workers pulled up my fence instead of going thru the gate on the other side. This has interrupted the integrity of the fence. Also, they had to borrow my ladder each time they came.

They came over and fixed my insulation in my attic but they broke my sprinkler systems.

"We did not question whether we did run over the sprinkler nozzle-However we always try to give our customers 100 per cent satisfaction even though the driver was quite sure we were not responsible we did however go back as quickly as possible replacing it with a new one so the customer would be satisfied and he now is."

Tony & shane were top notch from beginning to end and I would highly recommend them !! Tony is the owner and communicated with me consistently including over weekends. Shane led the insulation installation team and was one of the hardest working and most dedicated contractors I have ever experienced . On top of that , their pricing was the lowest by about 20%!! Highly recommend them!!

This company offered the best quote of all the insulation experts suggested to me. They came in and had the job completed in a timely manner. Tony, the owner, and and Shane his projects mgr went above and. Beyond. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU NEED INSULATION INSTALLED .

Very poor service did not complete the job they tried to take shortcuts had to call them every day left trash in my yard took things that did not belong to them very bad service. He promised to replace items that was taken but did not.
