Great customer service. Very friendly and professional. Did a clean and accurate job. Great follow-up. Came out multiple times to take care of our rodent problem. Wants to do another followup at the end of the month. I would highly recommend Veterans Pest Control.

James explained the entire process to us. He is very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. He went room to room and took care of our tick problem in one visit, although, he did come back in two weeks just to be sure. We also have pets and was extremely careful of them and used products that are pet friendly. I wouldn t use anyone else.

James is wonderful. He is precise and explains everything, there are no "stupid questions", he's very kind. He has enthusiasm for his work and really knows his business. We haven't seen a trace of vermin since he came the first time. I'm on a very limited budget, and he is extremely affordable. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been a customer of Phoenix Pest Control for 19 years. James has always been the one who inspected for termites and monitored the treatments. So I always asked specifically for him. This year I learned that James had started his own pest control business. He is the ONLY person I would trust. He is always on time, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about all pests and how to control them, thorough in his treatment and follow-up, and fair in his pricing. I could not recommend him more highly.
