Wood Fence Installation
We are so very happy with our new fence, they worked in snow, rain, and cold to get it done for us. Our big dog likes to dig so they dug 8" down between the posts and poured concrete to end his escape. We would use them again.

"Sir your fence is done. They got out there Friday, I got you taking care of were people driving by wouldn't see it I had to find your old rail that we haul away since the guys threw it in the scrap pile to used it. the damage that you said was done it wasn't from us it was one of your used rails if you remember we used your material other then the new post and caps also there was the weather to deal with we also had to add another new post so your bill went up another $25 so your new bill is $409.00 dollars if you would please pay that I would appreciate it. Mike, the owner, was very friendly and professional when we hired him. The first day his worker came, he dug four holes and left saying he had a hangover. Three days later a couple of workers came back and dug the rest of the holes. We had paid extra for the gothic tops but when then fence was completed five of the tops were shorter than the others. Had two large gates and one small, Mike had shown me a picture from his phone and promised me there would be three large hinges on each gate. They first put heavy door hinges on, had to call them back and wait for them again. Then they put a latch that you could go out of, but not get back in. Called and they again came out and fixed latch. We only received two hinges on each fence and now they are dragging ground. Have called Veterans five times now to no avail, we were given a one year guarantee on workmanship and i can't even get a return call from this owner. Very let down with overall workmanship.

In St Louis we had a very, very wet Spring and the company was far behind in getting the fence installed. However, it was understandable. I was frustrated but so was the company. When it was installed in August, both the company and myself were happy the fence was completed!

it took awhile before they could get to us but it was well worth the wait.....fence looks great.....the installer and crew were careful to make sure it was all level and secure....the installer deserves a raise because our yard was not easy to work on.....we will recommend them to all our friends that need fences.....thanks guys.....

After completion i called Mike because i had several split posts. He promised to come and replace them . I called several times in the last month and a half and he has yet to fix this problem. Although his price seemed fair the quality of the wood leaves me wondering how quality it was. Any call or arrangement from him would have helped. I'm disappointed.

"I went out and looked; they are natural reactions of treated wood. As far as that goes, all wood does this. We pick the best wood we can, before we install it. Any lumber company does not warranty their lumber, for these reasons. The only fences that come with a warranty are vinyl and metal, and that is not what they bought."
