Communication was good in the beginning, but after initial visit to go over where my water softener system would be installed and the price of parts and labor, I would hear less from the contractor. Instead of letting me know they did not want to install the water softener system, I would reach out and get multiple excuses on why the job wasnt started. I knew after missing the 1st day of installation that they would not want to install it.
