They were fast and did a great job!

I found out that the electrical panel in the home I recently purchased had been recalled and badly overloaded to the point if electrical usage is not monitored it could potentially start a fire.The techs at this business agreed to these findings and I booked the replacement after receiving the quote. Per their terms I paid the 50% upfront.During the scheduling, I was told nothing was available until the 20 Aug 2021. So for about a month my family and I endured the minimum usage of electricity especially during the two past heat waves so has to not start a house fire. The week leading up to the service being done I received a call on Wednesday at 0940 hours asking if I still wanted the service???? WTF?? Hello the situation is dangerous for my entire family and home..and they been payed the 50% up front for the booking!!! I informed the lady I did and she stated they we be there on the scheduled dated two hours before the work was supposed to be done I received a call at 0700 hours stating they had to cancel because a tech was unavailable and I would have wait practically a whole other month to get it fixed by them.. in addition to that slap in the face, I had to loose a day of work to be here for the now canceled service. The response I got was sorry oh let me call the electrical company to cancel the cut off and I will see what I can do about rescheduling sooner. At 0813 hours, I was informed that it will now be rebooked for Tuesday 31 Aug 2021. In which Iâ ll loose another day of work. I think it is funny how on their website they claim Make Veterans a priority â but they fail miserably considering I am a Vet and in dire need of this service! The website goes onto say in their Mission Statement at Vets Electric is to Ultimately Serve our clients, while providing great Career Opportunities for Veterans. We understand that we must provide Honest and straight forward Services in order for Our Company to Continue to grow. Our reputation means more than anything since we intend to expand & keep providing our Veterans with Leadership opportunities and yet they missed the mark HARD! As a person who has been in the military most of my adult life we are taught to have contingencies and to triage priority . As a customer and a veteran, why was I not a priority?? I will update this post on the next scheduled service date.

Electrical technician came to our home on March 30, 2021 to analyze and correct a do-it-yourself installation. Within minutes, had re-installed our new light fixture and had us up and running. He even provided helpful tips for future self- installation lighting projects... Superlative quality and professional service!!!!

With many different problems that were associated with the electrical box, they were able to validate a bad GFI switch and replace it Immediately. Saved me a lot of money from a possible rewire or replacement electrical box. Friendly and professional.

I called them to hook up my Hot Tub and Swim Spa. The office was polite and punctual about returning calls and they have an exceptional text update service that keeps you informed of the process from start to finish. The crew arrived on time and immediately began the job. Upon completion they cleaned up their area and then we performance tested the hot tub & Swim Spa. Vets electric has gained a new customer. Outstanding work I will definitely use this company again.

Vets Electric were right on time for our scheduled appointment to replace and install some new smoke and fire alarms for my house. Their work was quick and efficient. They procured the parts needed for me prior to coming at a very good cost. After all the work was completed, they also gave me a nice discount on the price because of my Retired Air Force status. A personable and efficient electrician did the work we needed, and it's too soon to be certain, but both issues seem to be resolved. Both were somewhat challenging and John handled it very well. The price seemed fair. We're happy !
