They did a great job. Highly recommended.

Fast response but have been waiting over a week for my report for my lending institution. Can not get them on the phone and they don t respond to communications on their site. Afraid to hire another company and have to pay for two inspections.

Scott was very nice and explained everything he was doing and what we should expect after he left.

Scott contacted me right away and we set up the appointment for him to come out and see what pest I had. He explained what he would do and I agreed to the work. I will hopefully not have anymore issues with these carpenter ants.

They treated a 1600sf brick ranch for a severe infestation of fleas left by a former tenant. Yipe! Subsequent visitations to the house since treatment have indicated a complete eradication of the problem, although it will remain to be seen if we have been 100% successful in eliminating any recurrence from any eggs remaining which may have been missed by subsequent and frequent vacuuming. Offered to do follow-up treatment in 30 days if any problems. Very courteous, prompt and thorough. Would recommend.

VexGuard has very competitive pricing. The big pest control players (we all know who they are) are priced outrageously! At the end of the day, the customer just wants the pest issue resolved, and these larger companies trick you into believing they are the only solution. That is simply not true.

I tried for weeks to get rid of bees going behind my siding and couldn't get rid of them. VexGuard came in and eliminated them in one day. When Scott came to look at the job he was professional and considerate. The siding was outside of a bedroom where we had family sleeping for the weekend and instead of treating it then he came back a couple days later so the bees or treatment wouldn't affect them. He explained everything he was doing and was very effective. I hope I don't need his services again, but would definitely use him again if I did.

they did a very good job, they know what they are doing, My neighbor is very allergic to them so I had to get rid of them. I think the Price was to much.
