Selected Vezina with a $16k competitive bid to upgrade a 1960's ~2400 sq. ft. detached single family Valley Rancher to more modern energy efficiency--windows, doors, attic insulation, EPA-approved fireplace insert and a variable speed pool pump. Vezina's expertise and familiarity with leveraging current Energy Upgrade California and Burn Cleaner programs allowed us to maximize price/performance on the project. Project rebates totaled over $10k. Brad Sears was our project manager and proved to be a reliable, consummate pro. He overcame the usual construction project hiccups and delivered outstanding results with quality materials.
