"Thank you for your feedback. We take every concern seriously and make every effort to resolve issues professionally. In this case, our cleaner completed the services outlined in the signed agreement and documented the completed work with after-service photos in accordance with our company policy. After the service was completed, our office received a phone call regarding the cleaning. Our management team attempted to discuss the concerns and better understand the situation, but we were unfortunately unable to have a productive conversation. The services performed were consistent with the scope of work agreed upon in the signed contract. The remaining balance and applicable early termination fees required under the agreement were not paid. As a result, the unpaid balance has been referred to collections, and we are pursuing the remedies available under the contract. We remain committed to providing professional service, honoring our contractual obligations, and treating every client with respect. We wish you the best moving forward."
"Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. Per our signed service agreement, a deposit is required to secure a booking. In this case, the client requested to cancel approximately five hours after the appointment had been booked. A copy of the signed contract, which outlines our cancellation and deposit policy, was provided to the client before the service was scheduled. The client also declined to pay the remaining balance due under the signed agreement. As a result, the outstanding balance has been referred to collections in accordance with the terms of the contract. We strive to be transparent with every client, and our policies are clearly communicated before any booking is confirmed."

Our service agreement, including the three-month service commitment, pricing, gratuity, and cancellation policy, was reviewed and signed before the appointment was scheduled. We do not guarantee a specific number of cleaners on a job, as staffing is determined based on the scope of work and scheduling. Our services are priced per project, not by the number of cleaners assigned. During the appointment, our cleaner began performing the agreed-upon deep cleaning. Unfortunately, the service could not be completed because our cleaner was instructed to leave the property before the work was finished. As a result, we were unable to complete the remaining items on the cleaning checklist or provide the level of service we strive for. Our team offered to return and complete the service, but that offer was declined. Because the service agreement was terminated by the client, the applicable cancellation and early termination fees outlined in the signed contract were applied to the account."
