I was not able to be present at the address where the repairs were done. I communicated with Romeo by phone and text. He took pictures of the things outside the house that needed to be repaired and sent them to me. We decided what needed to be done, set a price and then Romeo started working on them the very next day. We talked by phone every day and he sent me pictures of the work he had done each day. He worked every day until the projects were done. He trusted me to send payment to him by mail and he did not ask for it until the job was done. I am extremely pleased with his work and I plan to use him for the other projects I need to have done on the inside of the house. I appreciate his honesty, the way he kept me informed and for the great job he did. I highly recommend him and I will definitely use him again for any repairs I need to have done!

I enjoyed meeting and talking with Romeo, and I am very pleased with his customer service skills and the quality of his work. He was very quick to respond to my request for a contractor to wash exterior windows and he did an excellent job!
