We have never had house cleaners. I have no idea why. It is life changing. I saw one of Vicky Cleanâ s cars and I took a photo. I came home, filled out the estimate form. I was called almost immediately. This was on a Monday. They were in my house cleaning today, on a Thursday. There was a 4-person team. They were amazing! They house is so clean. They are so awesome. Communication is exceptional. And, they accept CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle. So, payments are easy!

This was my first day. The crew was very personable and professional.

This is my first experience with a cleaning service and I couldn t be more pleased with the impeccable service and professional staff. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs but you never would have guessed that after Vicky s Cleaning experts performed their magic. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Vicky s Cleaning Service has been cleaning my home for a few months and I m always happy with their work. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and on time.

The ladies who cleaned my house did an excellent job. The problem that I encountered was communication with the owner (Sylvia). She cannot remember dates, time, or promises. I was looking for a monthly service but after my first appointment, I will be going with another company. Vicky told my husband and I that she use certain products but did not tell the staff so this caused some confusing when talking with the Staff who spoke little to no English. Also, I'm all about the environment and Sylvia said she's concerned with the environment and that a little bleach will only be used in the toilet. My house smelled like bleach, which gave me a headache for two days. The house is three levels and 3 out of 5 bedrooms/bathrooms are being utilized. The overuse of beach was not needed or safe. Vicky did not check to see if I was happy with the job until weeks later. If you're trying to win a contract, you should check to see if the customer is happy with your services. The last straw to finalize my decision to go with another company was that I recommended her company to a friend, and after several attempts and miscommunication on Vicky's behalf (dates, time, etc.), they're going to seek other services as well. She continued to miss the date, time and fell to return calls as promised and blamed the staff. The three ladies that came to my home did an excellent job but Vicky is not as professional as she appears to be. She is not organized and may be overbooked.

From initial visit/quote to cleaning...super professional, friendly, and fantastic service. Very pleased. Considering increasing frequency as they are that good...I know I can’t do as good of a job!

I have used them for 2 1/2 - 3 years now and they have done a great job! They are a local company (not a chain) which is nice and they are always very flexible in their scheduling. If you call them for a quick service...They are quick to respond.

During the in-person estimate, extra attention was given to explain what would be done and what chemicals (organic, non-toxic) would be used. I really liked this. The ladies that came to the house were very polite and nice, immediately got to work and did a fantastic job. We have them coming out every 2 weeks now, and are very happy with the end result.

I highly recommend Vicki Cleans. Having served in the U.S. Army for 28 years, I have come to expect a certain standard in cleanliness. I have used Vicki Cleans for my house cleaning now for over 2 years and this company is far superior to any other cleaning service I have previously used. We have two German Shepherd Dogs and anyone who has German Shepherds know they constantly shed, which creates a lot loose fur and lots of dust. The house is absolutely immaculate when they finish and would pass any white glove military inspection. I plan on being a loyal customer for many years to come.

Very professional from the start. I met with the owner Ms Vickey to talk about my needs and concerns prior to our 1st appointment. Without me having to ask she showed me the company licenses, and insurance and proof of background checks. Ms. Vickey was able to lay out a plan that worked for our family. The cleaners arrived the next day. They were very professional and attentive to my needs. They cleaned my home from top to bottom. Wonderful experience. We are signed up for every 2 weeks.
