He called me the night before the verify his arrival which I appreciated. He came in prepared and his demeanor was very nice. He was very professional, but not distant. We talked about the area because I am new here, and I was very comfortable with him here. He cleaned up after himself and even took the TV box out with him. I would highly recommend and will use him again if needed.
