Victor called within 15 minutes of my online inquiry and scheduled the visit at my convenience within three days. This was a relatively small job (interrupted ceiling lighting circuit), but it required some creative problem-solving to resolve. His electrician, Francis, was courteous, efficient, and skilled. The price was very reasonable. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and will use Victor's company again.

All around great, especially prompt response/customer service. My only suggestion is that his estimate include parts (not just labor). Was a bit surprised when parts added a couple hundred dollars to his quote.

Victor was scheduled to come Friday Morning. He didn't call and showed up unannounced on Monday. There was also a handyman scheduled to move my desk as well as fixing the bathroom light. Victor and his companion fixed them both. I would have appreciated a call on Friday but when he did get here he did a good job. He also moved the desk!

Victor was great. Came over as scheduled and even called me in that day to see if he could show up earlier. He was both professional and personable, and did a great job talking through the options.
