Great job!! We love our new deck!

We had a new deck and new fence that had never been painted. Victoria PMD helped with recommendations, timeline and finishing recommendation. They were very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. The finished painted decks and fencing look fantastic. I would highly recommend Victoria PMD.

Quoted me a price and I assumed that covered the whole job ,when finished added the cost of the stain!Upon inspection of work found areas that were missed also drops of stain on deck and patio and runs on spindles .they were polite and pleasant but the quality of the work was so so!Would not recommend!

Wonderful experience with Victoria PMD! They stained our deck and fixed some broken wood on the deck. They came over a weekend to have it done before a lot of rain came through so that it would be done sooner. They arrived on time and worked efficiently through the day. Their price and value of work was great! Would definitely book them again for future projects!

They did exactly what they said they would do. They were timely and clean up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again.

Hired to stain our 2 story deck. Did a great job and worked extra time (when they had sprayer issues with the wind). Not charged extra for the time needed to hand stain the under side of our deck. Stayed late to get it completed on time.

At first I was thrilled with Victoria PMD as they helped me save a significant amount on materials by encouraging me purchasing them directly. As the project went on, I noticed the workers were making significant shortcuts in quality. The onsite workers (not the owner) tried to convenience me to leave a crooked panel of siding rather than determine & fix the underlying problem. I increased my payment and then they fixed the problem fairly simply--yet reinstalled the siding without wrapping that part of the house in insulation. The crew took down security lights and it took significant nagging for them to to reinstall them in the end. When reinstalling them, they damaged a gutter and left a hole in my siding in the process. I found another hole in the siding too. They said they would finish the job but it's been 3 weeks and I have given up on them. Finally, they incorrectly estimated the amount of trim and did not mention this issue to me until the very end. I will end up renting the equipment and trimming the windows and door frames on my own. I greatly appreciate that Victoria PMD was quick to start the project. I saved some money and it looks good but the project was significantly incomplete.

The crew was extremely polite. They worked hard and went the extra mile to do an excellent job. I am very pleased with the project and highly recommend this company for projects. The overall skill level was excellent. I am planning to use this company again for another project.

I had a unique situation that required a lot of flexibility on the contractor's part as far as timing & billing goes. They were very accommodating, and I'm very happy with the end result.

They did a wonderful job on replacing my backdoor entry steps. They were very thorough and keep me informed about any changes need. I plan on using them for other projects that I need done.

Alvaro was very easy to work with and did an excellent job of painting my living room and 2 bedrooms. I would recommend him.

I put in a request for urgent repair (on Friday afternoon) as a support had come loose in a storm. In a couple of hours he called and then came by and looked at the project. He called back the same evening and gave me a reasonable estimate. The work was scheduled for the next day (Saturday) and was repaired, power washed, and painted, with project finished on Saturday. His workers were excellent and cleaned everything up when finished. I highly recommend him and will also use his services again if needed.

Very knowledgeable of what they were doing, and even offered suggestion on things which I overlooked.

I'd call them again for my next project. They were knowledgeable, fast, and exceeded my expectations. Good work and nice to work with. You can tell they want to get the job done right and make sure the customer is happy.
