Redid front walkway and driveway.

Please beware!!!! I contracted with Victor's Concrete. The work was horrible,unsupervised. Victor did not pay his bill at the conrete company. The concrete comany sent a letter to lien my home. I paid the balance. Now, I must take legal action.

Victor's did a great job repouring my garage floor. They aren't fast, but they do a good job. But don't expect them to show up if it is raining.

Very quick, patio looks great. They did a good job with clean up too.

they did a nice job at first but we have had a few problems and we asked him to fix and he will not respond back to us. We are very upset with him at the moment.

I love my new stamped concrete patio. Victor is a nice guy and will get the job done, but it wasn't as timely as I would have liked. However, he did everything he said he would do and end the end I was not disappointed.

Victor came out when he said he would, gave me a verbal bid after discussing what I needed. In fact I increased what I wanted done because his bid was so reasonable. He sent a written bid detailing everything within a few hours and I accepted it. His personnel were there at the time/day he said they would. One part of the job was much harder to complete than expected, but his people handled it very well. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend his company to others.

The biggest issue we had with this contractor was a time issue. The job was supposed to be done in the middle of May and wasn't. Some smaller issues were resolved with a reduced price. Victor and his entire crew were very polite. It hasn't been 2 months since the job was completed and we are finding spots that sound hollow underneath the cement coating. One are, the cement has broken from the spot and you can see about 1 sq foot of the old cement. Numerous cracks have and are appearing, no expansion joint work was done. Two areas, we specifically told them were low spots, and they did nothing to even them out, so water gathers on them.

Victor was very nice to work with. He called us regularly to update us on the progress. He had a very nice crew that were wonderful, and they did an excellent job. I would recommend Victor's concrete to all my friends.

Responded very quickley to inquiry, showed up on time, stayed long throughout the day until job was completed and cleaned up, very pleasant and professional.

Very good experience, The Contractor showed up on the scheduled date. On days when the weather did not cooperate, I received a call from Victor letting me know the crew was not going to be there. Victor called to let me know the day they were going to pour. I had a few issues with the finishing of the concrete in a couple of areas, and Victor correct those area. He is thorough and very business oriented . Good Contractor.

Work was performed on time and as promised

He and the guys he sent out to pour my concrete were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Now I have a great solution to any of my next concrete projects.

He was very polite and willing to address issues or concerns. He was very schedule accommodating, biggest plus.
