Victors came out to do an inspection on my 16 old roof and found lots of issues I wasn't aware of. The salesman showed me photos AND videos of the issues, which made me feel at ease knowing they weren't just trying to get my money. In under 1 week, the crew was there replacing my roof and I couldn't be happier with it! Everyone I came in contact was very professional, helpful and nice, from beginning to end. Though this was a little more than I anticipated spending on a new roof, I feel like it was totally worth it, knowing that I got good quality materials and workmanship, not to mention the warranty! I would definitely recommend Victors to anyone looking for a new roof 10/10

Had my Roof Replaced by Victors. Ron, Dakota, Ken, and Sam were great to work with. My House has a very steep pitch and a lot of cuts. The Crew was here from sun up to sun down to make sure we were satisfied. Quality of the craftsmanship and material was great!

Customer service was top notch! I was guided through each part of our project and the team was efficient. I met the crew leader who kept updated on the project throughout the day and the install manager, Dakota, stopped by to ensure everything was going smoothly with the project and spent some time talking with me. I received several bids before Victors, but decided to go with them due to their quality and also ensuring the intake was taken care of as well. Victors was higher in price but they got it done right with high quality materials and craftsmanship and I don't need to worry about my roof leaking anymore. They truly are roofing experts.

The service from sales, project coordinator, and crew leader was all great. A little confusing when the finance team got involved. The company does want a review on their project, many calls, emails, and texts for this feedback. Had one unresolved incident beimg looked into. Another is weather vane was taken off, but no communication on it was not going back up. I need to paint it anyway. Special shout out to Samantha Johns great communication.

We had Victors Home Solutions come out for an inspection - we knew our roof needed help but did not know how much. They came out, got on the roof and even in the attic. They showed us all the pictures and videos of what they found then gave us OPTIONS. Crazy in this day and age to not have someone just cram a new roof down your throat when you cant afford that big of a project. Ultimately we hired them to do a partial replacement. The crew was onsite within a week, they keep us informed every step of the way and clean up was perfect. Very happy customer!

The job was completed yesterday so we cannot tell yet how our new roof will withstand the weather. However we can say how everybody behaved in a very professional way. From Joe Ashe who came for a comprehensive inspection, to Amanda and to the crew headed by Omar who actually did the work. Everybody was knowledgeable and respectful. It didnâ t take long to put us on the schedule and the crew, working very hard, completed the job in one day. Our new roof looks beautiful and it looks like the job was top notch. Weâ re very pleased and feel we can recommend this company.

Workers who actually did the work did not speak English

They did a comprehensive inspection of the old roof externally and internally, pointing out all the problem areas, something the other contractors I tried did not do as thoroughly (attic is not completely open). The roof was completed in a day and no debris was left behind.
