Installation was a professional job. Workers knew what they were doing, done when they said it was going to be done. Steve in the install manager kept me updated and did a post job inspection. Would recommend

Everyone was super! The staff was really friendly. Shelbi, Manny and Cody did a great job. Manny kept us informed all day and the happy with the finished job. I was worried about this getting done, and Victors took care of us right away.

He was very knowledgeable about the products and what we needed. He did a thorough inspection, and he made sure we understood all of the recommendations.

Logan was very professional in his approach and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision to have Victors go ahead with the work. He is also a very nice person by the way. The work has not been done yet so I can’t comment about the quality of the work or workers but we are confident it will be done to our satisfaction.

David came out to give us an estimate and a new roof. He did an excellent job. He showed us everything he could have what they were going to do how they were going to do. It explained everything very thoroughly.. He was excellent.

I recently had my roof inspected from Victors Home Solutions and the inspectors were extremely thorough. They found a leak that other people could not find. The price to get this repair was affordable and fair. When Hannah from the office called, she scheduled us promptly and explained all the next steps. When Dale and Chris came out to our house to fix our leak they were extremely polite and professional. I'm so glad we are leak-free now, thanks to such a professional team of people from start to finish.

Vlad n Tyler were more thorough then most companies. They were great sales people. Explained things even if I was aware of things.

Logan and AJ came out to our home to inspect a roof leak, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough from start to finish. Not only did they quickly identify the source of the leak, but they also pointed out other areas of concern that we hadn’t noticed. They took the time to walk us through several repair and replacement options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each so we could make an informed decision. We had a few other companies provide estimates, and while Victor’s wasn’t the cheapest, their pricing was fair and absolutely worth it for the level of expertise and professionalism they delivered. We feel confident in our decision and can’t wait to get our new roof installed. Highly recommend!

Victors did my roof in one day and made the whole Process very easy. Hannah helped answer several questions for us before the project and even sent us photos of the whole process afterwards! Dale led a great crew of workers that did an amazing job and worked very hard. Then Chris came out after the job to take a look at the final work to assure us everything was done correctly. I would recommend victors to anyone great people, great work, and affordable.

Install review: Chris and his team did an amazing job on our roof installation. They started on time, took several precautions to ensure my property was well cared for before tear off. The crew worked tirelessly to get the new materials on. The finished product speaker for itself. Clean up was immaculate. The yard and surrounding areas looked better than they arrived. Chris personally took tom e throughout to connect on the progress and shared photos of work being done throughout.

Victors Home Solutions is a terrible company. Their salesperson, Hunter Davis, agreed to perform the work that we requested so we signed with them. He lied to us about the work that would be performed. Their crew arrived at our home and did not have the supplies necessary to perform the work. They packed up their equipment and left. The following Monday, a second crew arrived and still did not have the supplies needed to complete the job. Their lying salesperson told us a covered facia would be installed as well as a soffit. He also told us all of the rotted wood would be replaced. When I asked their supervisor, Lucas Christenson, where the soffit was he told me they do not perform that service, another lie. I contacted Victors Home Solutions and was told they do offer this service as long as a roof replacement was ordered. They also blocked both of our entry doors with the 4x8 sheets of roofing panels. Also, they left gaps under the overhang where bugs and birds can enter the home. We rate them a 1. They are lucky we can not rate a minus rating. Do not hire this company. None of their workers could speak English so it was difficult to communicate with them.

With a 50 year warranty can't be beat

Short of a few nails and staples found on the ground by where the dumpster was, they did an amazing job. They were quick, very efficient, and accommodated our needs very well. I was impressed with their professionalism and transparency in explaining the entire process. From the gentleman who did the initial inspection, the concierge, to the crew that came out, they were all amazing! I would have no issues referring them to my friends and family.,

Very, very expensive. I should have pushed to get more quotes. After I got my job done I found out similar jobs were about $10,000 cheaper.

The job was completed yesterday so we cannot tell yet how our new roof will withstand the weather. However we can say how everybody behaved in a very professional way. From Joe Ashe who came for a comprehensive inspection, to Amanda and to the crew headed by Omar who actually did the work. Everybody was knowledgeable and respectful. It didnâ t take long to put us on the schedule and the crew, working very hard, completed the job in one day. Our new roof looks beautiful and it looks like the job was top notch. Weâ re very pleased and feel we can recommend this company.

Workers who actually did the work did not speak English

They did a comprehensive inspection of the old roof externally and internally, pointing out all the problem areas, something the other contractors I tried did not do as thoroughly (attic is not completely open). The roof was completed in a day and no debris was left behind.

Zach Geragosian came out to give us a roof inspection following a storm. He was punctual, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. We have had our Victor's roof since 2019 and we are very happy customers.
