"We try to give our customers a fair value for the price and always offer a free inspection of the mechanicals. I feel it is my job to educate my customers to protect them from suffering a major plumbing emergency. Recently, at a job in Skokie, I was hired to replace a laundry tub when I noticed the flue piping in the 4-flat was disconnected, which would have had tragic consequences had it gone unnoticed. Regarding the additional worker, the customer was not charged for two workers-why was this an issue?"
