Reviews
Write a ReviewI could not be more pleased with the finished project! Everyone was professional and responsive to all questions and concerns. Our project manager Matt and sales rep John were awesome. I would recommend Victory Home Remodeling in a heartbeat!
Julio Acosta is a comprehensive consultant. Gave deep details about Victoryâ s building processes, physical roof materials, roof evaluation and payment methods. He answered all our questions and concerns, unlike a previous roofer we foolishly hired in the past. Two days prior to the job, Victory called us with updates, delivery times and reassurance. The work crew came Friday exactly on time and did the whole roofing job within one day. Our house is directly on NJ State Hwy Rte 1 & 9. We have no driveway and vehicles cannot park on the roadway in front of our house. We explained this concern to many contractors who refused to do the project. The Victory team took the job and dealt with the parking issue. Wonderfully resolute, excellent workforce, first-rate quality and strong customer service. Good followup after the project with extra customer service. They constantly keep the customers in the loop. Hire these people!
Huge disconnect between Sales, Installation, & Service. 1st Contract Accepted & Signed. Then, After Victory’s pre-project inspection, they said they had to add hundreds of dollars to original contract to install new soffit into stone face front of house. I reluctantly agreed but paid. Then during the aforementioned installation, Project Manager stated they don’t do these types of installation. I asked why I was charged hundreds more to do exact installation? They did it. The installers and project manager said replacing fascia board was not included in my contract. I showed them my contract where salesman himself wrote in ‘replacing fascia board’. I didn’t make them remove new fascia trim that was installed over old fascia board (although I could have) and had them install new fascia board as agreed to in contact. The new trim is wavy. After numerous requests for service (via Victory’s web page) went unanswered, I sent a scathing reply to CEO’s ‘Welcome to Family’ email. (Cont)
Amazing company to work with. From the initial consult through the install always available, checking in to see how the projects going. The install team was incredible we cannot say enough good things about them. We highly recommend Victory Home Remodeling.
They came and did the work very professionally. Was very good and will even have them back out here to finish the other parts of my house. Kevin O, Corey, and Izzys crew were very nice and left me with a smile!
Victory came right away, gave us a reasonable estimate, and was willing to schedule the work in a timely fashion. My project is getting finished up right now and it looks beautiful.
The salesman was great explaining the process and materials. The crew was on time for the project and finished within the timeline,
Everybody was very polite. All was explained in detail to us where we felt extremely happy and comfortable with the service they have to provide. Would highly recommend!
Excellent quality service. Very professional crew! My home is absolutely gorgeous now! I could not bear happier with the results!!
It was timely and done very well, they also cleaned up after themselves. Great quality of work.
