Victory Improvement Professionals, LLC

Knowledgeable and responsive

Very professional.

I can't say enough about their professionalism and customer service. And they did great work to not only stop my leak, but also to replace some shingles and general maintenance. They completed work same day as the estimate, which is good since it is raining today...and no leak! Thank you for the great work. I would hire again without question.

Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

Called before arrival and showed up on time. $175 is a bit steep for a service call but there was no additional charge beyond that to seal around the chimney and stop the leak. Haven't had a hard rain since the repair but was assured that they would come back and address the issue for no additional charge if the leak continued after the repair. I couldn't be much happier.

Excellent work, and Chuck was prompt, friendly, responsive and competent. I'll use them again when the need arises!

Good communication skills. Arrived on time. Did extra work. Checked in after the job was done. Bill was same as estimate. Fixed leak.

Excellent service! I was kept updated the whole time as to what was going on. The work was performed in a timely manner. They even worked in the rain to minimize damage to my property. The owner contacted me immediately to set up a time to give me an estimate and was very fair & honest in his estimate. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to use this company again and to recommend them to others.

Quick response. Returned my call immediately. Came out an gave a proposal for repair cost and completed the work latet that day. There is a service call charge which is deducted from the cost of the project. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the price was 60% of what other companies were quoting.

Liked the way he kept checking back to see how things were. Now waiting on the inside damage to be taken care of which he is seeing to also.

came out to check the roof for damage, seemed very open and honest; came back out three days later to fix minor repairs in roof.

I appreciated the fact that he came right away to look at the leak in my roof; however, when I had a roofer come out after what Victory Improvement Professionals did didn't fix the problem, I discovered I had been ripped off. VIP caulked over a nail pop instead of removing the extremely loose nail and caulking the hole. There was also a very obvious nail pop right over the leak in the valley of the roof that he did not fix! The roofer fixed it for me and said that was clearly the problem. My question for VIP is why didn't he fix that nail pop?

Immediate response via phone and was able to come out that morning to fix the problem. Had problem fixed before other companies responded to initial request. Price seemed incredibly fair.
