Great job at explaining what type of rodent problem I have, creating the best treatment plan, and following up. I will be using Victory Pest Control for future needs.

Not only was Mike good at what he did, he recommended good people for other jobs. A great guy.

The company is great. Mike inspects gives you a plan overall very easy to work with.

Mike arrived on time and was professional. Explained the paperwork to my wife since I could not be there. Performed the treatment and then called me to explained the process and what was found. Very professional and I would highly recommend. A good value.

On-time, knowledgeable, highly professional. Went well beyond what we asked him to do. Would highly recommend him to friends and family. He served us the way valued customers should be treated (and he had just met us). Will definitely use him again. A true pleasure to do business with!

Mike is exceptionally good. Very respectful of both property and the homeowners. He was prompt to assess my problem and went straight to work to fix it. He gave a detailed explanation as to what his plans were. I would highly recommend him.

Mike was on time, honest and very efficient

Highly recommend.

DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND MUCH MORE...GOOD COMPANY...MIKE IS GREAT!!!

good

Mike came back at no extra charge to find the other relatively hidden access point my sugar ants were using. I am very happy with his conscientiousness. Also he wore a mask when inside, plus booties to keep my floors clean.

Unfortunately, one night I heard some sort of rodent in one of my walls. Mike was prompt in returning my request to have someone come out and assess what is going on. Of course the timing was not great to have rodents but Mike arrived wearing a mask, gloves, and kept social distance. I am thankful that he was able to come out and come up with a plan to address the mice he found. He communicated the plan clearly and checked to make sure that plan would work for me. I would recommend him for your pest needs, very friendly and professional.

Mike was prompt and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and answered our questions, putting us at ease with the whole procedure. Also, during this time of social distancing , he wore mask and gloves and respected our space. We were happy to have him do the job for us.

Mike was very prompt. Drove an hour to get to us and still beat the more local competition. Seems very thorough. Scheduled 2nd visit to ensure quality of work at no extra charge. Also was very conscious and careful of Covid-19 procedures. Overall safe, efficient, timely and friendly.

My wife and I are glad we hired Victory Pest Control, Inc. to come take care of our carpenter ant problem. Mike was very professional in explaining what he would do to treat our problem. His friendly personality was appreciated very much too. We highly recommend Mike and Victory Pest Control, Inc. and we will use him in the future.

Mike is personable, professional and has a "came to solve your problem" attitude. After investigation, he gave us an explanation of the problem, his solution and the cost. We hired him on the spot. He had all he needed to start the first phase of the process with him so no time delay in getting the job started. We have complete faith in him to rid us of our rat problem timely and feel he will do a thorough job. Big plus - he is a local, small business. Will recommend him to others.

Me and my wife were very happy with the service.

Did a great job.

Very professional and thorough.
